Thanks.. It seems like that has been happening already. :/ A bit challenging sometimes but deep down I know my past kind of all needs to be processed. I’m just hoping I don’t need to do anything in particular other than to let the different feelings and memories come up as it wants to and then let it get processed subconsciously.. Will be looking forward to when this is all done. 🙂
